- Please use method 1 if the pop-up demands a security code
2. If the pop-up requires an encrypted file, use step 2.
3. If the pop-up asks for an encrypted file or key, use steps 2 or 3.
Method 1: Device Details
Copy the Start Time and Device Serial Number, then submit the information to the Impact SHPK technical support team, who will respond with security codes.
Please restart the device to verify the Start Time.
Please select one of the security codes based on the device’s current time after receiving them.
Enter the security code and then click Confirm.

The encrypted file’s validity would last for 48 hours.
Method 3: QR Code
You can export the XML file or snap a screenshot of the QR code using this method.
If you export the XML file, use procedure 2 to reset the password.
You can also email a QR code screenshot to Impact SHPK technical help staff.
Our support team will return the key, which consists of digits and letters (8 bytes).
Enter the key, then enter and confirm the new password. To reset your password, click Confirm.
Please select “Reset Network Cameras’ Passwords” if you wish to reset the passwords of both the NVR and the connected cameras at the same time.
